Event design is designing the event's aesthetic. Event designers, or event stylists are responsible for event design and décor. Event designers all have a host of responsibilities, but the goal is alway the same: completely transform a space.
Our in-house event designers are our event floral design devision. They use a variety of fresh flowers to create the perfect centerpiece, wedding arbor, Chuppah, Mar dap and church wedding aisle flowers. We also use uptight and props to make your concept a reality.

Working with an Event Designer
- Your event planning and decoration designer will likely only know you, your fiancé, and your closest family members who may influence your design decisions.
- An Event production company is creating a personal brand for your wedding day, so leaving the planning for the last month leading up to your wedding likely won't exist. And it shouldn't! Plan to work with your designer for at least 6 months - 1 year at least.

Sometimes that means creating details by hand! We always keep the design styled to your wedding colors and theme.
- Avision's Event Designers will transform your space and be there to ensure your vision is a reality. While many stylists create contracts allowing them to collaborate with your photographer to style your event details for photos later in the day, most event designers leave once set up is complete and return at the end to pick up their materials. Your designer is not an event planner.
